THEIR STORY

Uncle Fatih’s Pizza has been established since 2004 and is a local legend in Vancouver. With eight locations in the Lower Mainland and a ninth one opening soon, Uncle Fatih’s is constantly expanding and is considered by many as the best by-the-slice pizza place in Vancouver. Healthy, freshly made dough combined with rustic and traditional daily ingredients makes for a satisfying choice for Vancouver pizza connoisseurs. Not to mention, Uncle Fatih himself is somewhat of a celebrity icon amongst Vancouverites.

THEIR CHALLENGE

Although Uncle Fatih’s Pizza has proved successful in their business, they struggled to keep up with the new generational demands of social media and digital marketing. They were unsure on how to turn their offline icon into an online one and reach new demographics to gain more business.

Generate Orders From Digital Activities

As they shifted their budget from traditional to digital, they wanted to see orders come in from the new digital activities. A Facebook Ad was crafted for a special Large Pizza online promotion. People clicking the Ad would be pushed to the Uncle Fatih website to place an online order. 

The Facebook Ad helped generate 216 orders (in online orders and phone call orders) from a $500 ad budget.
